मगध हेडलाइंस: औरंगाबाद। दूसरी बार शराब सेवन में अभियुक्त को एक साल की सजा सुनाई गई है। सजा प्राप्त अभियुक्त जम्होर थाना क्षेत्र के शांतिपुर गांव निवासी जीतेंद्र चौधरी हैं। व्यवहार न्यायालय औरंगाबाद के एडीजे सह स्पेशल उत्पाद कोर्ट द्वितीय ने जम्होर थाना की एक कांड में निर्णय पर सुनवाई करते हुए एकमात्र अभियुक्त को एक साल की सजा सुनाई है।
विधि परामर्शी कुमार सम्भव ने बताया कि अभियुक्त को बिहार मध निषेध उत्पाद संसोधन अधिनियम के तहत दोषी ठहराते हुए सज़ा सुनाई गई। स्पेशल पीपी कुमार योगेन्द्र नारायण सिंह ने बताया कि अभियुक्त को पहली बार शराब सेवन में 15.08.22 को पकड़ा गया था जिसमें उसे जुर्माना लगाया गया था। वहीं दूसरी बार 08.12.22 को प्रशिक्षु आरक्षी संजय कुमार सिंह ने पकड़ा था जिसमें अभियुक्त के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। आरोप गठन 16.12.22 को हुआ था इस वाद में तीन गवाही 16 जनवरी 2023 को समाप्त हुई थी। न्यायधीश द्वारा जब अभियुक्त से पूछा गया कि ऐसा गलती करोगे तो अभियुक्त ने कहा जीवन में अब कभी नहीं करेंगे।
