मगध हेडलाइंस: औरंगाबाद। देश चुनाव की जकड़न में फसा हुआ है. इससे अर्थव्यवस्था का नुकसान हो रहा है. अगर वन नेशन एवं वन इलेक्शन के तहत चुनाव होते हैं, तो इसका सकारात्मक असर देश की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था पर भी पड़ सकता है. इसके चलते प्रशासन स्तर पर काम करने की क्षमता बढ़ेगी, जो चुनाव के दौरान कुछ धीमी हो जाती है. यह बात लोजपा ( रामविलास ) के राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष डॉ.अरुण कुमार ने जिला अथिति गृह में अयोजित प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान कहीं. दरअसल श्री कुमार इसके पुर्व जिले के मदनपुर प्रखंड के सोनरचक गांव एवं रफीगंज प्रखंड के भादवा गांव पहुंचे थे जहां पीड़ित परिजनों से मुलाकात किया और घटना के प्रति शोक संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए दुःख जताया. वहीं मौके पर बिहार सरकार से पीड़ित परिजनों के लिए 25-25 लाख रूपये मुआवजा देने की मांग की. इसके बाद जिला मुख्यालय स्थित जिला अतिथि गृह में प्रेस को संबोधित किया. जहां श्री कुमार ने कहा कि देश में 1967 तक विधानसभा और लोकसभा के चुनाव एक साथ होते रहे हैं. इससे संसाधनों की भी बचत होती है और सरकारों को भी ठीक से कम करने का अवसर मिलता है. इससे पहले संसद की स्थाई समिति, लॉ कमीशन और नीति आयोग इस पर विचार कर अपनी रिपोर्ट दे चुके हैं.
एक देश एक चुनाव को लेकर सभी राजनीतिक पार्टी समर्थन में हैं, वे भी चाहते हैं कि एक साथ विधानसभा और लोकसभा का चुनाव हो. लेकिन कुछ पार्टियों को बड़ी घबराहट हैं. अभी केवल एक समिति का गठन किया गया है, अभी से इसको लेकर विपक्ष में घबराहट क्यों है. उन्होंने कहा कि समिति अपनी सिफारिश सौंपेगी. इसे जनता के विचार के लिए रखा जाएगा. श्री कुमार ने बिहार सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि यहां अपराध पुलिस के नियंत्रण से बाहर हैं. प्रदेश में अराजक स्थिति हैं, जिस जंगल राज को लेकर बिहार की जनता ने सुशासन बाबू नीतीश कुमार को कुर्सी सौंपी है, आज वहीं सुशासन सरकार जंगल में चल रहा है. यहां सिर्फ बालू व दारू का खेल हो रहा है. माफिया हावी है. नीतीश कुमार ने बिहार में अराजक की स्थिति पैदा कर दी है. इस बार एक संकल्प चिराग लाओ बिहार बचाओ के साथ उतरे है. बिहार की जनता को एकजुट करेंगे.
श्री कुमार ने सोनारचक गांव के मृत पांच बच्चों के परिजनों एवं भदवा गांव में अगलगी से पीड़ित परिजनों को 25 – 25 लाख रूपया देने का बिहार सरकार से मांग की है. साथ ही इस दौरान उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन की लापरवाही पर भी सवाल खड़े किए हैं. कहा कि यदि सोनरचक गांव में तालाब की खुदाई करवाते वक्त जिला प्रशासन जरूरी चीजों का ध्यान रखती तो इन पांच बच्चों की आज जान नहीं जाती. लेकीन जिला प्रशासन ने उस जगह तालाब की जगह कुंआ खोदने का काम किया. इस दौरान लोजपा (रामविलास) पार्टी के सात सदस्ययी दल औरंगाबाद पहुची थीं जिसमें राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष रेणु कुशवाहा, राष्ट्रीय सचिव अरबिंद कुमार सिंह, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष राकेश कुमार सिंह उर्फ़ गबरू सिंह, प्रदेश प्रवक्ता कुमार सौरभ सिंह, प्रदेश महासचिव प्रमोद कुमार सिंह, प्रदेश सचिव विजय सिंह यादव, जिलाध्यक्ष अनुप कुमार ठाकुर आदि सहित कई अन्य लोग मौजूद थे.
