औरंगाबाद। बारूण थाना की पुलिस द्वारा रविवार को भारी मात्रा में स्प्रिट जब्त कर दो लोग को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। थानाध्यक्ष घनंजय कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर थाना क्षेत्र के जोगिया के समीप छापेमारी की गई जिसमें 1836 लीटर स्प्रिट के साथ दो लोग को गिरफ्तार किया गया। पूछताछ करने पर एक ने खुद को झारखंड राज्य के लातेहार निवासी असलम बताया जबकि दूसरे ने ओरमांझी थाना निवासी बताया है। इन दोनों के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर जेल भेज दिया गया। वहीं अन्य मामले में बारूण थाना की पुलिस द्वारा थाना क्षेत्र के गठैली पुल के समीप एक अवैध बालू से लदे ट्रैक्टर को जब्त किया गया है। थानाध्यक्ष ने बताना कि अवैध बालू खनन के खिलाफ किये जा रहे छापेमारी में अलग-अलग स्थानों से पकड़े जा रहे ट्रैक्टर को जब्त किया जा रहा है और चालक व मालिक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर कार्यवाई की जा रही है इसी क्रम में एक अवैध बालू से लदे उस जगह से ट्रैक्टर पकड़ा गया है और चालक फरार हो गया। चालक व मालिक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर छानबीन की जा रही है।
